This project is a four-star hotel and resort development in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan, designed as an integrated accommodation and recreation destination. Located in a strategic coastal area supporting the Indonesian Capital City (IKN), this project carries the concept of a "Human's Natural Getaway"—a natural escape for people from routine, seeking tranquility, comfort, and connection with nature. Covering approximately 6 hectares of land owned by Perumda Benuo Taka, the project combines hotel facilities, a ballroom, a water park, a mini zoo, and an open park within a single, environmentally friendly, community-based ecosystem. The project is implemented through a Joint Venture Scheme between the investor and Perumda Benuo Taka. The investor fully funds the construction and initial operations, while Perumda provides approximately 6 hectares of land as non-cash capital. In line with regional and national development policies, this project not only addresses accommodation needs but also symbolizes the region's transformation towards sustainable and inclusive tourism.
